Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced dental doctor to join our reputable dental practice. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental conditions, while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Excellence:
• Perform routine dental examinations and complex dental procedures with precision and care.
• Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions.
• Conduct root canal treatments, extractions, and other surgical procedures as needed.
• Provide cosmetic dentistry services, including veneers, crowns, and teeth whitening.
• Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in patient records and treatment plans.
• Patient Care:
• Communicate effectively with patients to understand their dental concerns and explain treatment options.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care.
• Address patient questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior dental professionals, fostering a supportive team environment.
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities to stay current with advancements in dental practices and technologies.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and guidelines, including infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Implement best practices in dental care to uphold patient safety and well-being.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Dental Science (BDS) or Master of Dental Science (MDS) degree from an accredited dental institution.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Proven experience as a dental doctor in a clinical setting, with a minimum of 3 years of experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
