The Doctor Visit Executive will be responsible for promoting pathology services to doctors, building relationships, and driving sales growth in West Bengal. The role involves regular visits to doctors' clinics and hospitals to increase awareness and generate referrals for pathology services.
Key Responsibilities:
Doctor Engagement:
Conduct daily visits to doctors, clinics, and hospitals to introduce and promote pathology services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Provide detailed information about pathology packages, offers, and services.
Sales Promotion:
Drive referrals for pathology services through doctor endorsements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct presentations and discussions about the quality, reliability, and benefits of the lab partners.
Market Analysis:
Identify new opportunities and potential clients within the assigned territory.
Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends.
Report feedback from doctors to improve services.
Coordination:
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Handle queries from doctors and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional activities in the region.
Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of visits and sales outcomes.
Submit daily and weekly activity reports to the sales manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Healthcare or related field preferred).
1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized.
Willingness to travel extensively within West Bengal.
