About Nivaan Carean early stage health care startup in pain management space, is looking for a Business Development Associate / Doctor Relationship Officer in Delhi NCR region.About The InvestorsW Health Ventures is a Boston-based, healthcare-focused VC fund started in 2020 with the goal of investing in healthcare delivery innovation leveraging technology and AI in the US and India. Till date, we have made eight selective investments that are now improving the lives of 20 million patients globally.In 2022, we launched 2070health, a healthcare-focused Venture Studio. Here, we incubate innovative start-ups from scratch to disrupt large white spaces. From his pivotal role as director at Ridge IVF to founding Medbay, and now spearheading the groundbreaking Nivaan Care, Nivesh is a relentless force transforming the future of pain management.Vishwas Singh, an engineer with a strong background in operations and entrepreneurship, founded BundleBazzi early in his career. He then took on leadership roles at startups like Healthkart and PayU, then he built the initial customer experience and supply chain for Shuttle. Later, he brought his expertise to Tata1mg, guiding their operations with the same innovative spirit. Vishwas is known for his ability to drive excellence and innovation in the startup world.RoleWe are building a doctor referral channel and are looking for a Business Development Associate/Doctor Relationship Officer for our offline growth and partnerships team.A very suitable role for folks who want to experience an early-stage companys growth story and work directly with seasoned and charismatic Founders and Chief of Staffs.RequirementsServe as the liaison between the CEO and the leadership team, ensuring the priorities of doctors are effectively addressed. Based in Delhi, with a requirement of owning a two-wheeler, you will facilitate continuous communication and collaboration to meet the needs of our medical professionals.1.) Onboard Doctor Universe (especially Physicians, Physiotherapist, and others) within Delhi-NCR.2.) Engage (through calls, in-person, and marketing materials) with most reputed Doctors and deliver Nivaans offerings and differentiation.3.) Engage with patients directly through activations for lead generation.4.) Close commercials with Doctors for patient referrals and ensure smooth Doctor as well as Patient experience post referral.5.) Work with central marketing and communications team to design and implement offline activities (Doctor Workshops and Talks)6.) Achieve monthly patient & revenue targets for the company.7.) Explore creative ways to achieve and over-achieve your targets.Must Haves
