Key Responsibilities:
Build and Maintain Relationships with prominent doctors
Effectively negotiate terms and conditions with doctors to close session appointment.
Establish relationships with potential KOLs through targeted outreach, networking, and collaboration opportunities.
Design and implement retention programs to ensure sustained engagement and commitment from existing KOLs.
Develop and implement sales plans, including forecasting future sales volumes.
Essential Skillset:
Proven experience in sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience in B2C sales (Preference).
Previous experience in International chat process.
