Job Title: Doctor Relationship Executive
Location: Kolkata
Role Purpose:
At CLIRNET, we're looking for a Doctor Relationship Executive (Global) to join Digital CME team to engage renowned doctors globally.
Key Responsibilities:• Build and Maintain Relationships with prominent doctors
• Effectively negotiate terms and conditions with doctors to close session appointment.
• Establish relationships with potential KOLs through targeted outreach, networking, and collaboration opportunities.
• Design and implement retention programs to ensure sustained engagement and commitment from existing KOLs.
• Develop and implement sales plans, including forecasting future sales volumes.
Essential Skillset:• Proven experience in sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in B2C sales (Preference).
• Previous experience in International chat process.
Skillsets Required:• MS Excel
• MS Power Point
• MS Word
Education Qualification and Experience:• Graduates, Post-Graduates (Science Background preferred)
• BBA/MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
