Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate doctor to join our team as a Home Visit and Online Consulting Doctor. This role involves providing medical care to patients both in-person during home visits and remotely via online consultations. The ideal candidate should have a strong medical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

Home Visit Consultations :

• Conduct in-person medical assessments and consultations at patients' homes.
• Diagnose and treat common and chronic illnesses, injuries, and medical conditions.
• Provide preventive care, health education, and wellness guidance to patients.
• Create personalized treatment plans and provide prescriptions, referrals, and follow-up care as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during home visits.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Online Consultations :

• Conduct remote consultations with patients via video calls, phone calls, or chat.
• Assess patient symptoms, review medical histories, and diagnose medical conditions virtually.
• Offer medical advice, prescriptions, and treatment recommendations during online sessions.
• Provide follow-up care and guidance for patients managing chronic conditions remotely.
• Educate patients on preventive healthcare and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with medical regulations in online consultations.

Patient Management :

• Monitor and track patient progress, both in-person and remotely.
• Address patient concerns promptly and provide timely medical interventions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA or similar).

Administrative Duties :

• Document all patient interactions and medical notes accurately.
• Keep up to date with medical records and follow-up with patients as necessary.
• Coordinate with pharmacies, laboratories, and specialists for patient referrals.
• Stay informed about the latest medical guidelines, treatments, and technologies for both home visits and online consultations.

Emergency Response :

• Provide immediate care in emergency situations during home visits.
• Assess and determine whether patients need urgent or emergency care, referring them to hospitals when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Education : Medical degree (MBBS, MD) from a recognised institution.
• License : Valid medical license to practice in [insert country/state].
• Experience :- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a medical practice or hospital. Previous experience in home visits or tele medicine is highly preferred.
