Position Overview:

Redcliffe Labs is seeking a Tele Consultation Doctor (MBBS) to provide expert medical consultations over calls at Gurgaon locations. The role requires delivering high-quality healthcare advice, diagnosing patients remotely, and recommending appropriate treatments or further tests, The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

? Conduct teleconsultations with patients and provide accurate medical advice.

? Diagnose health conditions based on patient symptoms and medical history.

? Recommend appropriate treatments, medications, or lab tests as required.

? Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and treatment plans.

? Ensure ethical and patient-centric medical consultations.

? Offer the best possible medical solutions and guidance for patient concerns.

? Analyze diagnostic reports and identify potential lead generation opportunities.

? Stay updated with the latest medical guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications:

? MBBS degree from a recognized institution (mandatory).

? Valid medical license to practice in India.

? Prior experience in telemedicine or general practice is preferred.

? Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain medical concepts clearly.

? Strong problem-solving abilities and patient-centric approach.

? Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and medical record systems is a plus.
