Job Summary
This role offers the chance to work with esteemed US Gastroenterologists, Dr. Vipin Gupta and Dr. Mayuri Gupta, based in Deerfield Beach, Florida, USA. The healthcare back-office support operates from Sainik Farms, New Delhi, Monday to Friday, 6 PM to 3 AM IST (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST). The role includes opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Job Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on disease processes, procedures, and treatments.
• Address queries from pharmacies, insurance companies, and healthcare facilities.
• Advocate for patients with insurance companies via peer-to-peer calls.
• Coordinate with primary care and specialists for shared patient care.
• Review clinical documents, identify abnormal results, and follow up on care.
• Triage patients, reschedule appointments, and follow up on missed/canceled appointments.
• Verify medication dosages and handle e-prescriptions.
• Train non-clinical staff to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Enroll patients in Clinical Research Programs based on chart reviews.
• Assist providers with medical scribing and support telehealth documentation.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• MBBS (Fresher/Experienced/Final year students can apply)
• Strong organizational, communication skills, and proficiency in English.
• Knowledge in Gastroenterology, including pathophysiology, pathology, pharmacology, and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
