Dock Master
Job Description
Liasoning with client of the vessel for issuing the vessels docking plan, General arrangement drawing, offset table, lines plan, draft marking. Organising meeting with the vessel superintendent, ship staff and dock staff to follow the smooth and safe procedure for docking of the vessel. Calculating the number of dock blocks required for docking as per the tonnage of the vessel.Block setting as per the shape and height of the block required at that point of the hull and block inspection, leveling by stretching piano wires, water tube and spirit level.Perform technical inspections during dry-docking during critical point ensuring the forward and aft plumb line in the center line of the vessel and when the vessels sweu.
To carry out inspection of various tanks, engine room bilges, void spaces, cofferdams and offer for class surveyor post cleaning.
To execute and monitor hull defects/ repairs of WT doors, booby hatches, ventilation flaps, breather pipes, scuttles, Anchor capstan and mooring capstan.
To execute and monitor of underwater blasting, painting of underwater machinery spaces, tanks, fresh water tanks, void spaces, super structure and deck.

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
