Job Summary :
Digital Marketing Strategist is the subject matter expert for SEO supporting 800+ running campaigns for North America, ANZ & UK markets and 45+ SEO analysts. This role specializes in identifying opportunities for optimizing the campaigns better, analyzing root causes for non performing campaigns, and providing additional support to new joiners who have recently completed training. This role includes mentoring team members who would like to improve their quality scores and productivity metrics. Being a self-starter & research oriented are 2 important requirements for this role. Should have strong knowledge of tools and different processes within ReachLocal.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Act as a Point of Contact for floor queries.
• Conducts SEO campaign audits & shares feedback.
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies for low performing campaigns.
• Support teams to drive performance (key metrics).
• Monitor high-risk campaigns to track the success.
• Collaborate with the team members and offshore teams to share best practices for live campaigns.
• Prepares case studies to share success stories of improved performance.
• Collaborate with the QA team and Training team for refresher training plans, and product knowledge tests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to conduct monthly calibration sessions.
• Being aware of updates on the publishers and internal platforms and assessing how it affects our internal processes.
• Shares a monthly review presentation to Leaders showcasing campaign success and revenue retention.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Requires a minimum of 4 years of SEO experience, strong product knowledge, and excellent communication skills
Familiar with the below tools:
• CMS & CRM Tools: WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Shopify, Salesforce, Wrike, etc.
• SEO Tools: SEMrush, AHREF, Screaming Frog, Google My Business, etc.
• Analytics & Reporting Tools: Google Analytics (Universal), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, MS Office (Excel & PPT)
