DM / Manager - Controller
Position Objective: Contributes to the overall growth of the Region including the Business Planning and Financial Analysis processes, while also driving and enhancing continuous improvement of the business by identifying and implementing best business practice strategies and benchmarks across the Region.
Receivables:
1. Tracking & follow up for overdue payments
2. Customer wise Account statement
3. Credit Controls & Credit Approvals
EBITDA Analysis:
1. Analysis of SKU wise EBITDA
2. Driving EBITDA Improvement Programmes
3. EBITDA Analysis region wise/customer wise/segment wise
4. Controlling of Cost & SGA for the region
Pricing:
1. Pricing upload & keeping track of approvals as per SOA.
2. Assist in Quarterly Audit of pricing & approvals.
3. Monitoring & updating price list on a regular interval.
Reporting:
1. Sales Reporting at region level
2. Competition summary of Sales & Dashboard
3. Forecast of Sales/P&L & EBITDA
4. Assist in Monthly Presentations/ Budget Presentations/ Executive committee Presentations
5. Managing Profit And loss account for the region
Candidate Requirements:
- CA
- Experience of 2 to 8 years in similar role
- Team player who can also work on own initiative
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to think strategically
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, suggest improvements to current systems, as well as establish new processes
- Excellent Communication skills
- Competitive salary will be offered as per market standards
