Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional with a D.M.L.T qualification and substantial experience as a Phlebotomist or Lab Technician for a fieldwork position involving internal audits. This role requires expertise in building relationships within the healthcare sector and promoting products and services effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, phlebotomists, diagnostic centers, and hospital administrators.
• Promotion and Representation: Represent the organization at medical conferences, seminars, and networking events to effectively promote our offerings.
• Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships within the designated territory or market segment.
• Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans to meet sales targets and enhance market presence in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
• Auditing and Compliance: Conduct regular audits of phlebotomy procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Analyze findings to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to phlebotomists to uphold best practices and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Education: D.M.L.T with a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Salesperson, Medical Representative, or similar role, with a strong understanding of healthcare products and services.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, particularly in clinical auditing and compliance.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office suite.

• Job Type: Full-time, remote work based in Mumbai.
• Compensation: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month.
• Travel: This position requires travel within the assigned territory.
