Job Description
We are seeking (DMLT) with a minimum of three years of experience to join our team. In this role, Your primary duties will include:
• Performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures under the guidance of senior technologists and physicians.
• Collecting, processing, and analyzing patient samples (blood, urine, tissues, etc.) with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment.
• Communicating effectively with healthcare professionals and patients regarding test results and procedures.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspace.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three years of experience working as a Medical Laboratory Technician.
• Strong understanding of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
