Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

As a DM - Transmission Assembly at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd within the Manufacturing Division under the Farm Division, you will be responsible for overseeing the transmission assembly process to ensure efficiency and quality output. Your key deliverables will include coordinating with the machine shop department, managing resources effectively, implementing process improvements, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Experience

The ideal candidate for this role will have a B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile engineering with 3-10 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with transmission assembly processes and a strong understanding of machining operations will be highly beneficial. Industry Preferred

Experience in the automotive or agricultural machinery industry is preferred for this position. Candidates with a background in manufacturing processes related to tractors or farm equipment will have an advantage. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies would also be beneficial. Qualifications

The qualified candidate will hold a B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile engineering. Certification in relevant quality management systems and processes will be advantageous. Proficiency in using CAD software for design interpretation and troubleshooting mechanical components is a plus. General Requirements
