Key Responsibilities and Tasks
? Exploring the market and identifying potential customers for Breakbulk and Heavy lifting chartering products and services.
? Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders, securing new business opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships.
? Generate business leads , do follow up on payments and resolve issues.
? Providing precise sales forecast to keep other teams ready to serve the customers on time.
? Oversee all chartering business development activities and coordinating chartering negotiations, fixture execution, and cargo documentation.
? Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop effective competitive strategies.
? Drive profitability through efficient vessel utilization, cost optimization, and negotiation of favourable chartering terms.
? Maintain robust safety and compliance standards across all chartering operations.
? Stay up-to-date with the latest industry regulations and trends in the break bulk and heavy lift chartering market
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?1,400,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
