Summary: An exciting opportunity for a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Specialist to design, implement, and manage DLP systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data security, regulatory compliance, and risk management, ensuring the protection of sensitive information and compliance with data protection laws.Location - Gurgaon, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Noida, BangaloreYour Future Employer: A global consulting firm offering cutting-edge cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and data protection solutions. The organization works with leading enterprises and government agencies, providing deep expertise in information security and regulatory compliance.Responsibilities: * Manage daily DLP operations, including monitoring, incident response, and resolution.

• Develop and configure DLP policies to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and risk assessments to mitigate data security risks.
• Deliver data protection training to enhance security awareness across the organization.
• Oversee vendor and third-party risk management, ensuring compliance with data security standards.
• Investigate and resolve DLP incidents, ensuring proper reporting and remediation.
• Maintain data flow maps and ensure adherence to data protection frameworks.
• Monitor and track updates in privacy regulations and implement necessary security controls.

Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

• 6-8 years of experience in Data Security, Privacy, and Information Security.
• Expertise in DLP tools such as Symantec DLP, Forcepoint DLP, Microsoft Information Protection, Microsoft Purview.
• Strong understanding of IT Act 2000, GDPR, Data Protection Act of India, and Middle East data privacy laws.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CIPP (Required); CDPSE, CISM, CEH (Good to have).
