Job description- We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with a minimum of 2 years to 5 years of experience in IT (Information Technology) industry to establish and maintain long-term relationships with domestic as well as international clients. Bidding on Freelancer / Upwork / Fiverr, Proposal Making, Negotiation, Client Communication, Project Management.Responsibilities and Duties :- Candidate should have prior Sales / BDE / BDM experience in the Software Development Company (Mobile & Web).- Generating business through Online Bidding from various freelancing portals like Upwork, GURU, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH, etc.- Generating new business through Professional Networking sites like LinkedIn, Angel List, Meetup etc.- Generating leads from international markets like UAE, USA, UK, Europe, and Australia using Mass Emailing and Cold Calling.- Generate leads from the domestic markets.- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.- Self-motivated to meet sales targets regularly.- Generate sales reports and statistics.- Must be able to generate Leads through the bidding portal- Must be able to handle the client from Inquiry to closure- Must have Technical understanding of the services we are selling- Should be a target oriented Person- Should have knowledge on writing the technical cover letters- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skillsSkills & Requirements :- Proper knowledge of proposal writing.- The candidate having an experience with client communication, Follow ups and Negotiation will be a plus.- Should have IT Background experience.- Market Research and Analysis- Lead Generation and Prospecting.- Client Relationship Management.Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals. Ensure that terms and conditions are met.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop and implement business development strategies.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets.
