:Job Title- Divisional Risk & Control Specialist, VPLocation- Bangalore, IndiaRole DescriptionThe Risk and Control Team ensures the Bank's control priorities are effectively implemented across the TDI Engineering Technology application platform. The team offers dedicated support for Chief Information Officer (CIO) TDI Engineering, advisory services for control responses, and program management services for broad control uplifts. The team's mission is to reduce the organization's technology risk exposure by implementing key bank controls, ensuring appropriate and timely resolution of audit issues, and participating in the Bank's design of control implementations; therefore, your role is integral in supporting the front-line management in identifying, assessing/measuring risks, identifying remediation actions, and monitoring risks. You will support the Risk and Control Function for the TDI Platform Engineering team. You will need to understand the risks associated with the SDLC Technology Platforms, ongoing/existing risks & control related programs, and manage the resolution of these risks as appropriate.What well offer youAs part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that youll enjoy

Your key responsibilities

• The status of all risk, control, and IT security programs active within the business lines, New and emerging risks these may be risks identified by the risk and control team or by the business lines themselves
• Any dependencies that might prohibit or slow the adoption or implementation of a given control program
• Ensures risk remediation programs are initiated and executed in line with Deutsche Bank Risk and Program standards
• Ensures appropriate senior management awareness/oversight of follow-up on action items to resolve identified technology issues
• Able to liaise with senior management and regulatorys on reporting of project milestones, key deliverables, and credibility to obtain key stakeholder sign offs

Your skills and experience

• Previous relevant experience in technology risk management, risk advisory, audit management or information security experience is needed, financial services industry experience
• Risk program implementation experience or leading transformation programs experience
• Experience in positively influencing diverse stakeholders and team members A technical background (application development, infrastructure engineering etc.) is also very beneficial but not essential
• Excellent analytical and investigatory skills to identify underlying technology issues and demonstrate viable solutions and problem solving
