Based in our Hyderabad Skyview office, the Technology Sourcing Team plays a crucial role in identifying and attracting skilled technologists to meet S&P Global\'s staffing needs. The team of talent sourcers focus primarily on proactively searching for potential candidates from the technology function. They employ various methods, such as social media, professional networks, and industry events, to discover and engage with talented technology professionals.The team\'s dynamic involves a blend of research, networking, and relationship-building skills. What sets talent sourcing apart is its emphasis on creating a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs, anticipating S&P Global\'s talent demands. As a DEI sourcer you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology DEI strategy by identifying, attracting, and engaging diverse tech talent.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and leadership to build a pipeline of exceptional diverse candidates, ensuring we have the right pipeline to drive our business forward.What\'s in it for you:
Owning the diversity sourcing program provides exposure to the entire recruitment lifecycle, allowing you to hone your leadership and strategic planning skills. You will collaborate closely with all S&P Global divisions, fostering cross-functional relationships that enhance your understanding of organizational dynamics.Success in talent sourcing is highly visible, offering exposure to top management and showcasing your ability to deliver critical talent solutions. This visibility can open doors to higher-level roles within the HR/Purpose function or even broader leadership positions within the organization.Responsibilities:Partner with recruiters plan and execute diversity attraction strategies to hire a diverse workforceFocus on sourcing only diverse candidates using career portal, job boards, social media and other special platforms.Participate in virtual and in-person DEI events with the objective to promote our DEI agenda and increase our employer attractionHelp gather and present DEI recruitment data to internal stakeholders, including Recruitment and HR Leadership teamsConduct comprehensive research and employ innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive and active diverse candidate pools.Collaborate with recruiters on organizing sessions with the business for effective sourcing strategies, market insights, and candidate trends with respect to diversity.Adhere to sourcing process, defined SLA, consistency, performance targets, and delivery timelines.Participate in the intake meetings with recruiter to understand the role & hiring manager expectations on the talent.Contribute towards recruiting team projects and identify and contribute to process improvements.What We\'re Looking For:2-4 years of experience in Technology Recruitment with a focus on DEI initiatives.Strong written and oral communication skills -- comfortable presenting to small/large groups.Experience working closely with recruiters on preparing target lists for tech roles in an international setting.Adaptable and able to shift focus based on business priorities.Good organizational skills, industry knowledge, interpreting technology trends, compensation and benefits, knowledge of competitors at the base level and knowledge of the market indicators which affect experienced hiring.Grade/Level (relevant for internal applicants only): 08The Location: Hyderabad, Skyview OfficeAbout Company Statement:S&P Global delivers essential intelligence that powers decision making.
