Key Interfaces:External- Distributors and RetailersInternal- Sales Analyst, Sales Coordinator, Finance Team, HR Team, Logistics Team, Marketing TeamKey Result Areas:Additional Responsibilities:Ensure that all sales related processes which are aligned to the overall business strategy are followed without any deviation and ensure that the team under him achieves the Productivity Norms with respect to Total Calls/Productive Calls and Minimum Order ValueExecute expansion of distribution by maintain the quality of Distribution while identifying Distribution GapsMonitor the allotment of Market Assets in his Districts while tracking their productivityIdentify and recruit the manpower required to man the area.Form an efficient & effective team that is perfectly cooperating with all internal & external partners.Control the sales team reporting to him to achieve the KRA\'s allocate to each memberLiaison with branch logistics to ensure adequate stock.Co-ordinate with marketing department to formulate various local activities in his DistrictsFilling up one step up SO Vacancies within their teamTracking & managing high potential candidates in his districts by manpower mapping of competitorsCalculating and implementing the concept of ROI within his DistrictsTracking the activities of Competition within his DistrictsMaintaining a proper work life balance for his team membersDriving the Performance Management process for his team asper the guidelinesLeading the various new process/software implementations in his districtsLearn the financial terminologies and definitions to understand the financial health of the organizationDeveloping and creating a mechanism for building relationship and upkeep of the same with Key Retail OutletsIdeating and Driving Special Projects within his State/GeographyAiming towards fulfilling the best norms of the identified competencies.Personal Profile:Age: 30- 40 yearsMinimum Qualification: Bachelors in Science/Arts/CommerceDesired Qualification: Masters in Business Administration/Post Graduate Diploma in ManagementDesired Experience: 6-12 YearsDesired Industry Exposure: FMCG/Beverages/Personal CareDesired Geographical Exposure: Extensive experience working in eastern parts of IndiaLanguage: English/Hindi/Bangla/Assamese/OdiyaCompetencies: Level 1 (Basic)Planning and OrganizingEfficiency OrientationBusiness AcumenAnalytical ThinkingDeveloping TeamSkills:Quantitative AptitudeData InterpretationMS- Suite ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
