Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of Tata building materials across the assigned territory. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share for Tata building materials.
• Manage and lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and key decision-makers in the construction industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase sales volume and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Any degree and relevant experience in building material industry
• Proven track record of at least 8 years in sales management within the building materials industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of the construction industry, building materials, and market dynamics.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
