Roles & Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Understanding of solar projects, design & implementation. \xc2\xb7 Liaise with local, regional and national governing bodies. \xc2\xb7 Ability to plan, manage and monitor project budgets and resources. \xc2\xb7 Oversee the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and review of contracts related to purchasing materials, products or services. \xc2\xb7 Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks. \xc2\xb7 Oversee all construction activities of Kusum project. \xc2\xb7 Review and validate all construction cost of site. \xc2\xb7 Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company management. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for preparation of site expenses budget and get approval of management. \xc2\xb7 Work with field persons to handle project issues as they arise. Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Diploma in related discipline. \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years of experience in Solar related work. \xc2\xb7 Relevant industry experience in project management or construction management. \xc2\xb7 Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with renewable energy, solar industry standards and regulations. \xc2\xb7 Managing financial resources and monitoring the performance. \xc2\xb7 Ability to manage and compile data for generating reports. \xc2\xb7 Experience in coordination, collaboration and teamwork.
