Key Skills:-

1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in related discipline.

2.Relevant industry experience in project management or construction management.

3.Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.

5. Familiarity with renewable energy, solar industry standards and regulations.

6.Managing financial resources and monitoring the performance.

7. Ability to manage and compile data for generating reports. ? Experience in coordination, collaboration and teamwork.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

1.Basic Understanding of solar projects, design & implementation.

2. Liaise with local, regional and national governing bodies.

3. Ability to plan, manage and monitor project budgets and resources.

4.Oversee the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and review of contracts related to purchasing materials, products or services.

5.Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.

6.Oversee all construction activities of Kusum project.

7. Review and validate all construction cost of site.

8. Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company management.

9.Responsible for preparation of site expenses budget and get approval of management.

10.Work with field persons to handle project issues as they arise.

11.Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
