Job description The District Coordinator - Enterprise Support Services, will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of services to enterprises operating in rural india with our key channel partner udyaME kiosk by facilitating hassle free onboarding of new udyaME kiosk, their training on various financial products, building system on ensuring repayments of all loans provided to entrepreneurs. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing multiple aspects of operations within the designated district, including but not limited to.
Key responsibilities for this position :
+ Identify potential kiosk partners and onboard them to expand the reach of our products and services.
+ Rollout existing products under the enterprise support services portfolio through udyaME Kiosks, ensuring effective implementation and usage by clients.
+ Liaise with kiosk owners to ensure seamless service delivery and repayment process.
+ Onboarding and Supervision of field coordinators : facilitate recruitment and onboarding of field coordinators at district level as when required.
+ You will work with monthly and quarterly sales targets.
+ This role required intensive field visits, on a monthly basis the average field visits would be 20 days.
+ Loan verification and collection - the incumbent will conduct random field visits to kiosk and enterprise who have availed credit from our partners, will ensure processes have been followed and repayment of loans completed within timeline.
+ The District coordinator will ensure creation of technology vendors catering udyaME kiosk needs and field operations.
+ Building strong relationships with Microfinance Institutions in strategic districts which can be channelized to provide credit linkages to entrepreneurs in standard Annual interest Rate.
+ Identify and engage with new Grassroot NGOs to onboard them as clients and expand the network of service providers.
+ Build strong relationships with district level Government departments to provide scheme linkage to entrepreneurs with the support of udyaME kiosk.
+ Ensure smooth onboarding of enterprises on udyaME platform.
Desired Profile
+ Strong working experience on building resilient livelihoods for rural entrepreneurs.
+ Minimum 5 years experience working with Micro finance institution, leading repayment process.
+ Relevant experience on building local level marketing strategy which can be rolled out with channel partners.
+ Relevant experience on developing operational plans to onboard users on Digital platform.
+ You are comfortable with revenue targets and performance-based incentives You are self -starter and innovator
+ The applicant should have a functional Laptop
Good command on MS suits and Google Spreadsheet, so she/he can perform basic data analytics.
+
Regular/Contract - 12 months Contract with quaterly review.
