We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic District Coordinator to drive business growth and ensure smooth operations across a designated region. This individual will oversee a network of bank branches, manage relationships with both branch staff and end customers, and ensure timely completion of paperwork and processes. Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Relationship Management:
• Drive business growth by actively connecting with bank branches and fostering relationships with branch staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Engage with end customers to understand their needs, address queries, and offer solutions that align with the bank's offerings.
Branch Supervision & Support:
• Regularly visit branches within your assigned district to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with company guidelines.
• Monitor and guide branch staff in fulfilling business objectives, ensuring all documentation and procedures are completed in a timely manner.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution:
• Act as a point of contact for end customers, addressing concerns and providing resolutions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate them to the head office management when necessary.
Follow-up & Documentation:
• Ensure all stagnant or pending paperwork is followed up with the respective branches, driving completion of processes to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of branch activities, customer interactions, and business progress.
Reporting & Coordination:
• Provide regular updates to the head office management regarding branch performance, customer feedback, and any issues that may require attention.
• Work closely with head office teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and resolve any challenges that arise.
Market Intelligence:
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to help shape future business strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Higher Secondary/Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience: Freshers can apply, Experience: Preferred
Skills:
• Knowing local language is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
