  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed district sales targets.
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships with healthcare professionals and collaborators.
  • Identify and assess new business opportunities and market trends to determine potential for growth.
  • Collaborate strictly with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional product knowledge and training to customers to ensure optimal usage.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and resources.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.- Travel within the district as needed to meet with clients and attend relevant industry events.
QualificationsQualificationsEducation:
  • BA/BSC/BE degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
Experience and Skills:Required:
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to successfully implement sales strategies and achieve targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel as required within the district.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred:
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to compete in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of the healthcare market in Tamil Nadu, India.
  • Fluency in Tamil and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex situations.
Other:
  • Language requirements: Fluency in Tamil and English.
  • Travel percentage: Approximately 30% within the district.
  • Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license required.
