We are having an opening for the position of Distribution/Channel Sales Manager with one of our very reputed clients in Mumbai.Key Skill sets:Relationship building, excellent communicatorProfessional skills:Microsoft office, basic technical skills, planning & negotiation skillsJob description:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor effective distribution strategies and processes
  • Regular field visits to sub dealers and retailers to maintain relationship and push sales
  • Engage with specifiers wherever needed and market them for new features and product introduction
  • Promote and train dealer salesman for the products on hand
  • Implement sales promotion, product schemes and marketing initiatives at the dealer outlets
  • Organize and oversee the daily operations of the distribution
  • Ensure that orders are filled and delivered on time
  • Predict demand and help supply chain to plan for future requirements
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and transport companies
  • Optimize distribution procedures to reduce costs and increase efficiency
  • Prepare and analyze reports on distribution activities
Education:Graduate from any field, BBA, MBA preferred.Professional Background:Preferable from Building material Industry, Any other industry ready to shift to challenging and growing industry.Preferrable gender:
  • Male
Ready to travel across states.
