  • Review and analyze customer complaints, payment discrepancies, and billing disputes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, and Billing) to gather necessary information for dispute resolution.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve disputes efficiently
  • Ensure timely communication with customers regarding dispute status and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of disputes and resolutions in the system
  • Generate regular reports on dispute trends, resolution times, and outstanding issues
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and resolution of their concerns
  • Act as a point of contact for customers regarding any dispute-related inquiries
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor\'s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in dispute resolution, accounts receivable, or a similar role within the OTC finance process.
