About the job:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Dispatcher to join our growing team, handling US-based logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in logistics dispatch, preferably in an international or US process environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Load Booking: Manage the entire process of load booking, from receiving orders to confirming bookings. Onboard new carriers and maintain a robust carrier network. Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to ensure cost-effective transportation solutions.

Dispatch Coordination: Manage daily dispatches for shipments across the US, ensuring timely deliveries while coordinating with drivers, warehouses, and logistics partners.

Tracking and Monitoring: Keep track of all shipments, providing real-time updates to clients and stakeholders, and resolving any issues related to delays or mishandled shipments.

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding logistics status, scheduling, and other related inquiries.

Documentation Management: Ensure all shipping documents, invoices, and reports are accurate and up-to-date. Prepare and review documents like Bills of Lading (BOL), shipping manifests, and customs clearance forms.

Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues such as route delays, incorrect shipments, or inventory discrepancies to ensure smooth operations.

Compliance: Maintain a strong understanding of logistics regulations and best practices to ensure all processes comply with international standards.

System Updates: Input and update logistics data into transportation management systems (TMS) and track shipment statuses on a regular basis.

Collaboration: Work closely with Drivers, Vendors, Customers & internal Billing teams ensure efficient operations.

Candidate must have-
