Job Description

We are currently hiring a Dispatcher for a Canadian-based logistics company. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing exceptional service to clients. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to effectively schedule and monitor shipments, and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries, ensuring optimal routes and schedules. Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues or delays. Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of delivery statuses, shipments, and route changes. Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Assist in troubleshooting logistical problems and finding effective solutions. Manage customer inquiries and provide updates on shipment status.
