As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a cold caller who will be responsible for calling the carriers and education them about our services and onboard them. This role reports to the Operations Manager. The incumbent takes charge of the entire calling/collecting data/pre-planning/updating process to ensure completed according to appointments and expectations.
Full job description
1. To find fresh sales opportunities through inbound calls, outbound cold calls, or email.
2. In the Tele calling job, the individual needs to answer the queries of the customer by understanding their need and requirements.
3. To route opportunities to the concerning department for further development and deal closure.
4. To deliver the scripted sales pitch to the customer and to adjust the same as per the specific individuals.
5. To get customers details that include names, addresses, phone numbers, etc. for further process.
6. To direct the leads to the field sales team when required.
7. To maintain service quality by following the standard norms of the company.
8. To maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data in the computer system.
Other duties as required Qualifications & Key Competencies: Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel an asset Experience in US sales role is an asset Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Good analytical and mathematical skills Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills; attention to detail Ability to meet urgent deadlines Excellent problem-solving skills: ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
Self motivate and zeal to generate more revenue for the company and to make more incentives for himself. Make good professional relations with Existing Customers and obviously to make new Clients and to generate best possible new Revenue for the Company and to help yourself to get more incentives.
