Job role: A dispatcher will coordinate the pickup and delivery of goods with truck drivers for a UK-based delivery company.

Job details:

• Position: Dispatch Coordinator
• Experience: 6 months - 1 year
• Education: +2, Diploma, Bachelor's
• Location: Chandigarh IT Park
• Package: 30k - 35k CTC (Depends on your skills and Interview)
• Full-time, Work from office
• 5.5 Days working after probation
• 6 Days working till probation
• Rotational Night Shifts (US Shifts)
• No holidays during probation (3 months)
• In case of any holiday between the probation period (90 days), the candidate will be terminated.

Mandatory skills:

• Ability to communicate in fluent (written and verbally) English
• Tech Savvy and proficient in the use of computers.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Attention to detail
• Ability to meet urgent deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
• Liable for on-time delivery
• Patience and flexibility
• Eager to learn new things
• Good convincing skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the drivers for Pickup and Delivery.
• Ensuring the on-time pick-up and delivery of loads.
• Ensure the Driver has all the paperwork.
• Scheduling and dispatching the Truck Drivers and monitoring the workflow to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
