We are looking for an experienced

Dispatch Supervisor

to oversee and manage the dispatch operations of our company. The ideal candidate should ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily dispatch operations to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams for efficient order processing. Monitor loading and unloading of goods to ensure accuracy and safety. Maintain and update dispatch schedules and documentation. Handle transportation issues and provide real-time solutions. Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations. Train and guide dispatch staff and delivery personnel. Maintain inventory records related to dispatch. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.

Required Skills:

Good communication and leadership skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Basic knowledge of logistics software or ERP systems. Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Eligibility:

Qualification

: Any Graduate (preferred: B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Sc)

Experience

: Prior experience in dispatch/logistics supervision preferred
