Dispatch Supervisor
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the dispatch process to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to align dispatch schedules with business requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatches, stock levels, and shipment documentation.
• Supervise loading and unloading activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage the workforce engaged in dispatch operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor transportation and logistics to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to dispatches and deliveries.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Dispatch Supervisor in a structural steel rolling mill or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of dispatch operations, logistics, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
