Required Education

B.Com/B.A./Diploma in supply chain / Logistics

Required Experience

02-03 Years in Manufacturing sector (Automotive)

Knowledge & Specific Skills:-

Awareness & implementation of Customers Packaging standards, Vehicle planning, prioritization of delivery as per urgency of customer, computer savvy,

Key Responsibilities

• Coordination with Transporter for timely vehicle availability
• Ensure the material packaging as per customer requirement
• Adherence of Dispatch Schedule (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
• Supervision during material loading
• Cross verification of customer specific requirement during delivery
• Maintain the record of dispatched vehicle on daily basis
• Customer web Portal Access & updation, in absence of supporting staff
• Invoice Preparation, In absence of supporting staff
• Submission of monthly report as per requirement of management

Trolley, Box & Bin reconciliation after receiving back from customer

Interaction (external & internal contacts - please detail the kind of interaction)

Internal Customer - General Manager / Management

External Customer - Customer Representative

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?420,000.00 per year
