1) Dispatch Coordination

2) Systems Implementation ( ISO , IATF ...)

Part 6 - KEY JOB ACTIVITIES :-

Key Responsibility:

Job Activity Dispatch Coordination

Co-ordination & co-operation with transporter for smooth dispatch

To arrange transport on receipt of schedule and ensure safety of all finished goods

Key Responsibility:

Job Activity Systems Implementation ( ISO , IATF ...)

Implementation of Integrated management system i.e. IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 including 5-S.

Responsible for Hazard identification, risk assessment and control

Responsible for preparation of Aspect - Impact analysis and studying it To monitor and ensure the proper functioning of all the safety control and parameters on all the equipment in the plant.

To implement and follow the ISO procedures in Sales dept.

To take active part in the implementation of 5'S, TPM etc.

Key Responsibility:

Job Activity Other general deliverables

To share all monthly reports on time with HO as well as with central excise.

To maintain proper records as per Statutory Requirements

To prepare timely excise duty statements

To update daily and monthly reports regularly

To preparing daily stock statements

To maintain service tax records

to maintain Weekly report on net

To maintain export documents and take follow up from HO

To maintain service tax challan and excise challan

To update registers related to - rg1, cenvat register, inputs Registers etc..

To make invoice in SAP of dispatch orders

To update excise related sap module

To prepare annual return , half yearly return and send to Govt office as per requirements

To participate in management development concepts and to take initiatives to implement the new policies

To attend yearly and monthly stock audits

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION -

Graduate - General Stream

Diploma - Rubber Technology/Polymers

EXPERIENCE -

3-6 Years
