: As a Dispatch Incharge at Ascolite, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient dispatching of goods and products to our customers. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring timely delivery, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding our high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination: Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely preparation and dispatch of orders.
- Order Processing: Oversee the processing of orders, ensuring accuracy in picking, packing, and labeling of products.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory control team to maintain optimal stock levels for efficient dispatch.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all outgoing shipments meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation (such as shipping manifests, invoices, and customs paperwork) is accurate and complete.
- Scheduling: Develop and maintain a dispatch schedule to optimize delivery routes and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train dispatch staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact for customers regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise.
- Proven experience as a Dispatch Supervisor or similar role in logistics, warehouse operations, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and external parties.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of shipping regulations, including domestic and international shipping requirements.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving operational challenges.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse management.
