Roles and Requirements:

Booking Loads.
Route and match loads in a cost-effective manner.
Need to Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely.
Ensuring the on-time pick up and delivery of loads
Ensure Driver has all paperwork and load info necessary to complete their load satisfying both customer expectations and HOS regulations.
Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions.
Scheduling and dispatching the Logistics Drivers as well as monitoring workflow to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Making initial calls to survey the freight market trends.
