Job timings : 9am to 5 pm Job Profile : Location : Should be a Bangalore resident . Education : Any Graduate Skill : Should be well versed in using Microsoft Office Experience : Minimum 6 months. Languages : English ( Spoken & Written) Designation: Dispatch Assistant 1. Check and verify Invoices correctness before sending it to dispacth. 2. Coordinate with Logistic partners , Transporters. 3. Maintain Invoice register. 4. Voucher and Receipt entry in ERP software. 5. Stock checking at Wearhouse and maintain inventory control. 6. Other Admin related activities should be able to multi task.
