Job Description

A truck dispatcher is a professional responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of trucks and drivers to ensure efficient transportation operations. They work closely with truck drivers, shippers, and customers to plan and schedule deliveries, track shipments, and handle any issues or delays that may arise during the transportation process. Truck dispatchers typically use communication tools, such as phones, emails and computer systems, to stay in contact with drivers and provide them with instructions and updates. They play a crucial role in optimizing routes, managing logistics, and ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods.

Dispatcher Requirements:

Have customer service experience Must speak fluent english Have logistics background Should Take Care Of Customer Handling And Delivery Plan As Per Production And Dispatch Plan. Driver Support on Maintenance / Calls. Track Drivers & check with the Timings Track & trace the observations on drivers and their LOGS. Maintenance of schedule and planning Ensuring the on-time pickup and delivery of loads Must bring in a Friendly and a positive attitude.
