Order Processing:
- Receive and process customer orders accurately.
- Verify order details, including items, quantities, and delivery addresses.

- Maintain up-to-date records of inventory levels.

Packaging and Labeling:
- Supervise the packaging of products for shipment.
- Ensure proper labeling and documentation for each shipment.
Quality Control:
- Conduct quality checks on products before dispatch to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Address any issues related to product quality or discrepancies.
Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with various departments, including production, warehouse, and logistics.
- Communicate with carriers, couriers, and transportation providers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
Routing and Scheduling:
- Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficiency.
- Schedule shipments based on order priorities and delivery deadlines.
Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping manifests.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for shipping documentation.
