Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
OPC report preparation for Vehicle placement & Planning, Dispatch, Co-ordination of Store & Plant Team, AP Booking & dispatch vehicle loading follow-up, Monthly reconciliation of all sale and purchase & VDPT percentage control, Customer Invoice, Sales Returns.
Dispatch system knowledge and documentation related to dispatches (likes invoice, delivery challan, gate pass, e-invoice, e-way bill )
Co-ordinate ho sales team along with loading supervisor and security
Checking gate outward/inward records daily basis
Receiving and dispatch deliverables on time, Prioritize dispatches according to urgency and importance, coordinate with transport vendors, Maintaining MIS, SAP entries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
