Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Executive to oversee the dispatch process, manage payment follow-ups, and handle invoicing. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in dispatch/logistics, preferably within the garment industry, with knowledge of export stuffing and scan packaging. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the timely dispatch of garment orders.

- Prepare and maintain detailed dispatch reports and track shipments.

- Follow up with clients for timely payment collections.

- Handle invoicing and ensure accuracy in billing processes.

- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

- Resolve any order-related issues and ensure proper packaging.

- Ensure compliance with export stuffing requirements and packaging standards for international shipments.

- Perform scanning and tracking of packaging to ensure accuracy.

Skills Required:

- 3-5 years of experience in dispatch/logistics (garment industry preferred).

- Knowledge of export stuffing and scan packaging.

- Strong skills in report preparation, payment follow-ups, and invoicing.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting tools.

- Ability to meet deadlines and work well in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
