Job description & Responsibilities:
Executing all tasks related to stores
Responsibility of protecting the inventory from damage, loss and theft
To compile and maintain records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment or supplied stock at construction sites
Checking & Making entries of material inward and outward material
Prepares reports/ stock sheet, such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages & submit it to Store Manager on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
Coordination with inter departmental staff & external governmental bodies as & when required
Taking count of Non-Moving Items.
Dispatching materials as per orders
Maintain minimum stock & intimate reporting boss/ Store Manager about the shortage
Responsible for scheduling drivers and organizing the daily dispatch of all equipment for the branch
Coordinate transportation demands for equipment needs on a normal and emergency basis
Perform record keeping as needed.
Maintain customer relations via phone and fax, and making additions, cancellations, and changes regarding equipment location
Suggest equipment and supplies to meet customer needs
Perform inventory control processes
Check equipment for damage, record hours used, mileage and fuel levels for billing purposes
Inspect equipment and trucks for safety decals and compliance, and ensure that equipment is in good working order
Follow proper cash accounts procedures
Follow all Operational Procedures and QC Standards
Any other tasks assigned by the management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?22,000.00 per month
