Dispatch Executive

Job Description

- Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of goods.

- Create and issue sales challans for dispatched goods, ensuring all details are accurate and compliant with company policies.

- Upload and manage purchase and sales invoices in the system, ensuring they are accurately recorded and filed for reference.

- Work closely with logistics providers to arrange transportation, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.

- Monitor stock levels to ensure availability for dispatch, coordinating with the inventory team for restocking as needed.

- Maintain accurate records of all dispatches, sales challans, and purchase invoices for audit and reference.

- Communicate with customers, CRM and internal teams regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues related to dispatches.

- Ensure that all dispatch activities, including documentation and invoicing, comply with company policies and legal requirements.

- Address any issues or discrepancies related to dispatches, invoices, or challans promptly to avoid delays.

- Generate and submit regular reports on dispatches, inventory status, and invoice management to relevant departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
