Job Description


Dispatch Coordination : Efficiently plan and coordinate the dispatch of goods, ensuring timely delivery to customers and project sites. Liaise with logistics providers, drivers, and other stakeholders to optimize the dispatch process. SAP Entries : Proficiently manage SAP entries related to dispatch activities. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of dispatch orders, invoices, and inventory levels in the SAP system. Inventory Management : Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure that sufficient stock is available for dispatch. Implement best practices for inventory control. Customer Communication : Communicate with customers to confirm delivery schedules, address queries, and provide updates on the status of their orders. Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Logistics Optimization : Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize routes, reduce transportation costs, and ensure on-time deliveries. Resolve any logistics-related issues that may arise. Quality Control : Implement quality control measures to ensure that goods are dispatched in accordance with quality standards and customer specifications. Documentation : Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to dispatch, including delivery notes, invoices, and customs clearance documents. Reporting: Generate regular reports on dispatch activities, inventory levels, and performance metrics. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements related to dispatch and transportation. Team Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and sales, to ensure alignment and coordination of dispatch activities with overall business objectives. Skill sets/ Additional Requirements : 4 to 6 years of experience in dispatch coordination, preferably in industries like RIECO, EPC, or project-based industries. Proficiency in SAP entries and other relevant software for dispatch management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple dispatch orders simultaneously. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of logistics and transportation best practices. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Problem-solving skills to address logistics and dispatch-related challenges. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
