JOB SUMMARY:

In this role, we are looking for someone with expertise working in growth marketing or brand management teams and connections with important clients and agencies. You will work with the largest customers and market influencers to establish long-term visions for advertisers and partners across the Gaming Industry. We are constantly looking for highly motivated Engagement Managers who have a sharp understanding of market dynamics, and digital ad inventories and can forge strong partnerships with clients to create value for them. ABOUT THE TEAM:

LCS partners closely with clients, that possess both large wallets and significant capacity for Digital Adex Investments. Wide client coverage and deep client extraction are both equally important. LCS contributes between 65-70% to the overall Hotstar Ads business.

REPORTING TO: Vertical Head (Gaming)

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- In this role, you will own the revenue targets for the Key accounts in the Gaming category for the Entertainment and Sports Business of Disney+ Hotstar

- You will be Disney+ Hotstar\'s ambassador in the market for the accounts you own. You will be expected to understand the Digital ecosystem, be abreast with industry analytics and be on top of industry trends

- You will be expected to maintain a healthy sales pipeline on a regular basis; be proactive in highlighting any roadblocks and maintain high standards in following sales processes

- This is an individual contributor role where the focus is on maximizing revenue potential with each of the key accounts you own, evangelizing Disney+ Hotstar as a premium destination for Digital spends

- You will be expected to manage all stakeholder relationships end to end with minimum supervision

- In this role, you will work closely with the internal sales strategy team, and internal agency team for the conceptualization & execution of long-term deals for your accounts

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:

- Understanding Key account management principles / consultative selling will be an added advantage

- Should be both a category & a brand builder with a strong ability to drive and achieve sales targets

- Comfort to use data and analytics while building on client conversations

- Concise yet inspiring communicator

- Ability to leverage relationships, build a strong network, and have effective negotiations

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Preferred Qualification: MBA, preferably from Tier I/Tier II institutes

- 3-5 years of experience working in brand management or growth marketing teams from the Real Money Gaming (RMG) businesses with strong knowledge of the digital ecosystem
