Discrete Event Simulation . Discrete Event and In-Plant Logistics Simulation . Layout & Process validation (Plant and Shop) . Analysis and Optimization of Plant and Facility Logistics . Experience in Siemens - Plant Simulation software for writing operation & codes . Facility layout study and Bottleneck Analysis for the system capacity . Experience in system optimisation, cost avoidance, best practises capturing and sharing this with relevant stakeholders . Coordinate projects and teams feedback of results as required through design / project reviews / DES Dashboards . Experience in bottleneck analysis of the system and develop strategies to remove . Support the continual development of tools and techniques which enhance capability, improve quality and robustness of DES models Other Skills: . Ability to work to high quality to tight deadlines . Writing simtalk (codes) in Siemens - Plant Simulation software . Ability to work on multiple tasks and manage priorities . Ability to develop and deliver presentations to work groups and senior management . Can work in isolation requiring minimal intervention from client/onshore Co-ordinator . Demonstrable Working knowledge and experience of Discrete Event Simulation toolset . Demonstrable previous experience and background in production process flow simulation, problem solving on complex technical systems. . Good communicator - both verbal and written English Software Skill: . Proficient in tools like Plant Simulation, Quest, AutoCAD . Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint . Knowledge of object oriented programming any language(c++, Java,etc)
