Director/Senior Manager - Route to Market

  • MBA (from a premier institute) with a strong academic record
  • 9 to 12 years of relevant post qualification experience, preferably from Consulting and industry with significant expertise in atleast three of the areas- Business transformation, Business process Re-engineering, Market assessment, Post-merger integration, Strategy and Business planning, Sales and Marketing improvement/transformation, Strategic Cost Reduction
  • In-depth domain knowledge in one or more and expertise in at least one sector of the following sectors: listed - Ecommerce, FMCG & Consumer Products

Your key responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end engagement delivery/ execution with high quality and timely deliverables
  • Establish robust client relationships leading to better service quality and repeat business
  • Demonstrate significant industry/solution expertise
  • Ensure compliance to the firms standards, processes and policies
  • Contribute to the firms initiatives in enhancing market leadership & growth, quality and operational excellence

Skills and attributes for success:
  • In-depth understanding of the economic and business environment
  • Expertise in two or more of the areas listed - Sales and Marketing / Strategy / Sales &
  • Distribution/Route to Market (RTM)
  • Professional network and networking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Client relationship management and account management skills.
  • Experience in handling mid to large-size accounts
  • Program management, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Sharp focus on quality delivery
  • Ability to develop / customize solutions relevant to client
  • Advanced knowledge of MS basic tools - Excel, Power Point, SQL, Power BI/ Tableau, Alteryx
