Role Description This is a full-time role for a Director at Namasya Pvt Ltd. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the company, managing the team of Certified Financial Planners, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial planning services to our clients. This is a hybrid role, based in Surat with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills Experience in the financial planning industry Knowledge of insurance and investment products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions Proven track record of driving business growth Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Certification as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is preferred Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
